Growing up in south Louisiana a lot of recipes have been passed along. Each generation tends to tweak the recipe just a little to make it their own. Well, that's what I like to do. My friends and I like to tweak each others recipes, improve on them or create massive bombs. Feel free to try our combined recipes and if you do make sure to let us know how it turned out and any tweaks you may have made. Don't forget to send pictures!

I'm great at following and entertaining myself with other peoples blogs. Lets see how ungreat I am at working my own blog. Be afraid. Be very afraid. But not of the food.
