Growing up in south Louisiana a lot of recipes have been passed along. Each generation tends to tweak the recipe just a little to make it their own. Well, that's what I like to do. My friends and I like to tweak each others recipes, improve on them or create massive bombs. Feel free to try our combined recipes and if you do make sure to let us know how it turned out and any tweaks you may have made. Don't forget to send pictures!

SPAGHETTI MUFFINS
OK, so I cheated on this one. I used leftover (frozen) spaghetti sauce. My quick spaghetti sauce:
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained (save the juice)
1 can Tomato sauce
1 bottle of Ragu (or Prego or whatever in any flavor that strikes your fancy)
1 large onion
1 clove of garlic
1 lb ground meat
Seasoning
Directions:
Cook your meat, onions, garlic and rotel and seasoning. Once drained add
your rotel juice and tomato sauce. Cook on medium heat approx 30 mins.
Add your Spaghetti Sauce. I always, no matter, what cook any tomato sauce
for at least 2 hours.
For the muffins ....... What you need:
1 can large Biscuits (any brand)
Cooked spaghetti noodles
Spaghetti sauce
Parmesan cheese
What you'll do:
Flatten the biscuits before setting in muffin tin. I like to put the
cheese on the bottom then add a small amount of noodles. Top with
spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Or until biscuits are
nice and brown.
As you can see I was robbed before I had a chance to take a picture. You
can top with parmesan cheese. Hubby said the only problem was he
couldn't add butter to the biscuit. *shakes head*
