New Desserts on the Menu

So, my cousin asked me to make this one for her husband. It's an odd combination but it worked well. Pistachio cake with butterscotch cream cheese icing and white chocolate covered strawberries. Would you try this? What other strange cake/cupcake combinations have you tried? Tweak My Desserts
